This is Block office, All wall corners was painted with gutka spit.. even the wall art too.. Will Bihar ever get rid of these low civic sense people..? Why can't just goverment ban this shit.. they can get tax from other things too.. Alcohol is far better than gutka.. fuck gutka..and fuck those people who keep spitting around here and there..
